I’m basically saying I found it very strange that Michael felt he needed to prove his masculinity by the way he walked/sat/shook Richard’s hand. I think it made him seem silly and available for a wind up from Richard.
Richard shouldnt have persisted in calling him she I agree with that, but it was Jayne who asked him the question about his sexuality and that was when he got angry, but he didn’t attach Jayne he attacked Richard which seemed unfair

but you (amuseme) are missing the point - micheal through the hissy fit 1st, thats when richard started calling micheal she! remember, micheal was on the couch acting a fool? micheal was trying to do his masculine handshake which looked rather weak. micheal acts to gay to notice his personality 1st (if that makes sense lol).
And also michael may act camp but thats a part of his personality not his sexuality

Theres a lot of straight men who are pretty camp just as there are a lot of gay men who aren't.
