We're told someone became alarmed because they could not wake her up and the person called 911.

Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.

Lindsay is back on set shooting her Lifetime movie, "Liz and Dick."

As far as we know, Lindsay did not go to the hospital herself.

Aw,Patrick you're such a sensitive soul.

Maybe she isn't too likeable to some, but I hope she is ok and sorts herself out. She seems to be on a self imposed road to destruction, a bit like a cry for help. I don't think she is half as confident in herself as she may want to let on or lead media etc to believe. She was a child star, and I think many child stars find it hard to adjust to the harsh realities of the acting business as they grow older and less cute and many acting roles are harder to come by.

It weird to think she's only 3 years older than me. I'm pretty sure if I was a Hollywood star we'd be going out and she wouldn't be a mess and would look as hot as she did in Mean Girls. Lohan :love:

Im not being bad but there is no way in hell that when she dies people can be like "oh shes so talented" "I loved her" "she was amazing".. because we all know its coming eventually

Lindsay Lohan arrested for hit & run

She was charged with a misdemeanour and released, the New York police department's Office of Public Information said.

Lohan's spokesman in Los Angeles said he believed the claims would not be proved.

"While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue," spokesman Steve Honig said in a statement.

Celebrity website TMZ.com, quoting sources at the hotel, said surveillance video of the incident made it hard to tell whether Lohan's car made contact with the pedestrian or, if it did, how hard.

The New York Daily News identified the man as Jose Rodriguez, a cook who was leaving his workplace, the adjacent Maritime hotel, when the incident occurred.

A Los Angeles judge released Lohan from formal probation in March, but she was instructed to obey all laws until 2014. A conviction in the New York case could trigger a violation of those conditions.
