Agree
I must say that I have been perturbed by this type of comment and more than a bit disappointed in the human race. :conf:

Was it the the WHOLE truth? Not do sure about that!

Again, though we obviously only got a couple of minutes of the conversation, what they did show of it was all truth

It may have been the truth as she saw it, not the same thing!

[QUOTE=Miranda123;6178479]The only reason she isnt 'milking it' is because she knows most of it was her fault and she doesnt want the others to know that so she 'doesnt want to talk about it" ha ha

Round and round we go then. Disagree entirely.

What part wasn't truthful? and obviously she can only tell it from her point of view but to me it was pretty much exactly what happened :conf:

Yes I dont understand what she was supposed to be lying about?

daniel-lewis-1985 17-07-2013 12:53 PM

I don't agree with her behaviour.

I think the fact she got with someones boyfriend is disgusting but unlike others I can see the situation isn't just black and white (excuse the pun).

Was she wrong to get with Daley?: YES

Did she deserve to get a hand around her throat and threatened with a head butt?: NO.

Simple as that.

I would be embaressed if I was in her situation and the last thing I would want to do is discuss it with the whole house.

Shes trying not to make a big deal out of it and if she had told the whole house Daley would have had a lot more flack on the outside from the other housemates crucifying his behaviour.

Instead we have just seen her confide in Dan, admit she played a role in the part, disagreed with him being kicked out and handled it a lot better than I thought.

Personally I think you're all just pissed off because you wanted to see the drama of the housemates reactions.

You don't have to articulate something to be untruthful, just leave out a few salient points.

She should have told them the full story IMO ,I just hope she doesnt now get the pity vote by the housemates and public

Not to mention, the whole "she lied" hysteria started based on a clip before the HL. Then on HL they showed 2 which expanded on what was seen the first time, including her saying "I'm not sure I'm allowed to say anything" and Dan saying, "say it and if you can't, they'll call you in on it". After that we see her called in and told she can tell or not tell whoever she wants.

BB did her a disservice by making that announcement without first telling her in the DR. They blindsided her, knowing the immediate reaction would be everyone to ask her what happened.

Agreed but she was quite detailed about what he did to her. Much less detailed about her own part in the proceedings.

So it can be truthful without being the whole truth.

Which is why you have to swear to tell the whole truth in court. Not just bits of the truth.

Exactly. I think no matter what way Hazel handled it, people who don't like her would find something wrong with.

At the moment she is getting no pity and a lot of condemnation from the public, not necessarily the voting public, but who can tell?

Like what though? You're making all these cryptic implications but you've not actually given a single example of what you're talking about

I dont like her but I am capable of objectivity and have some emotional intellect. Some of the comments are so very subjective and verge on blinkered hysteria as a result

I watched the same video that you did, but I viewed as an unbiased observer, not like all the people who see only what they want to see.

EDIT: BTW I have given examples, but you either don't want them or interpret them in your own way.

Yeah that's true enough, I'll rephrase that to "alot" of people who dislike her

Ok but you're still side stepping and not giving an example.

So it's everyone else that's biased? The people who can't stand her for flirting with a taken man and the people who loved her for her rack, but agree that he crossed the line - they're all biased in the exact same way?

You'd be a ton of laughs at a women's shelter. Tell me every gory detail of what he did to you, or you're a liar and I'm booting you from your room.

Well, she pulled his pants down, she told him that, there's not too much detail you can add to that really and again, we only just got a snippet of that conversation
