Oh thats a bit misleading, still...a paper being misleading? well I never.

CaudleHalbard 19-07-2013 12:25 AM

According to the Daily Star, Hazel has received death threats. This seems to be based on one tweet ("Hazel, just die please" ) they have come across! Supposedly BB will be beefing up security when she is evicted.

Apparently 96% of their readers who phoned a vote line think Hazel should be ejected from the house.

I think she'd better try the Sun or Daily Mirror when she comes out! ;)

Let's get one thing straight to anyone saying why did I slate Hazel in the press. IT'S NOT TRUE, PAPERS LOVE TO MAKE **** UP. #stupidpress
:suspect:

I thought they couldn't make up quotes though? I know they can take stuff out of context but quotes have to be real?

We voiced suspicions a long time ago - even before they went into the safe house.

I don't believe it though.

Well she has known him since before her B/F committed suicide and she has a pink fit if THAT subject is broached.

kefln 25-07-2013 05:52 AM

The Daily Star....making it up as they go along...

What are you talking about, Charlie asked her if she was to blame for him killing himself, she's not allowed to be annoyed about that? ****ing hell

I think they had some history outside of the house, the knowing glances and stuff. Daley seemed convinced his girlfriend wouldn't want him speaking to hazel right from the get go.

Livia 25-07-2013 10:39 AM

More attempts to make Hazel look like the bad guy.

I hope Daley's investing any money he makes from this rag masquerading as a newspaper, because I get the feeling he's done after this.

Daley could do quite well out of this, financially.

You can now see why he made no admission of having done anything wrong as regards Hazel.

He'll play this for all it's worth.

Well he'll only do well if people buy the Star and whatever other trash he gets involved with!?! If the public ignore him,his "fame and fortune" will be short-lived??

CaudleHalbard 25-07-2013 10:44 AM

Hazel's deceased former boyfriend was one of Daley's mates as I recall.

It would be no surprise if their paths had crossed in the past.

They were both boxers... I imagine that's quite a small world. Whether they were "friends" is a matter for conjecture.

The same Gym is an even smaller world!

That legitimately happens all of the time! People try to rationalise things and then think "no, actually, it made me really uncomfortable".

Plus they make it sound like she went specifically to complain - in fact she only said it in response to a direct question - "did you feel intimidated". I'm pretty sure she even only said "a little bit, yeah".

So because she admitted that she was a little intimidated by being pinned to the bed by someone twice her size, when asked... all of a sudden she's guilty of setting him up? it's ridiculous.

Press and public make me sick. as usual.

Toy Soldier,I think we were separated at birth??? I'm continually nodding in agreement!!:xyxwave:

So how did "a little bit, yeah" turn into "I was TERRIFIED"?

bez87 25-07-2013 10:59 AM

I think you lot think way to much into it. i mean the daily star posting a headline saying there lovers and they going to meet up after i mean seriously, hazel doesn't have anyway of contacting him or him contacting her, how does that even become news :S.

I've honestly seen nothing from hazel to say she is a snake or manipulative, or an evil person, she has done nothing wrong, Daley strangled her and told her he was going to nut her, he even tried to control how much make up she wore, how does anyone see it any other way, she flirted and she would of gave it if he wanted it, she never led him on and this whole girlfriend thing, he told her that they had split up, so how is any of it her fault she didn't know the girl, Daley is just trying to cover his back and blame her. it's outrageous that a news paper actually side's with an evil twisted male.

Don't forget Daley and Hazel were competing for a prize. She saw an opportunity to reduce the competition and make herself look good - as some sort of abused martyr - in the process.

Unfortunately for her it badly backfired and hence all the Hazel-hate.

People are not daft. Everyone has seen the safe house videos.
