That film fecked me up as a kid and I don't even like Rabbits :conf:

I know, I havent seen it for about 25 years probably and its still in my memory bank as one of the most depressing and downright nasty stories ever made :joker:

If I was 9 i'd rather watch Saw :joker:

Never seen that.

Aliens was the film that made me think twice about sleeping with the lights off as a kid.

The closest I have gotten to that sort of fear now as a 24 year old has to be Mama. I found myself jumping a few times during that.

You know what Verbal the two scenes that stick with me are

A) the scene where the rabbit looks round and the whole field goes red with blood

B) Where that rabbit ghost floats about singing bright eyes.

I cannot believe it's got a U rating either. It's proper graphic.

There was a film in 2010 by Joe Dante, who did Gremlins, called The Hole. It's meant to be aimed at kids but scary. It was rated 12.

I haven't seen it though, I just remember the review.

Even now in my 30s after all these years I can not hear the song bright eyes without it giving me shivers

Horrible, horrible film.
