I like the idea but would not pay for it because I dont want to.

I'd pay. I wouldn't want for there to be a special VIP sub forum or any of the nosy features like being able to see who's appearing as invisible etc added because I think those things would be bad for the forum; but I'd definitely pay a quid or two a month to support the site anyway, the actual extra benefits wouldn't really matter to me per se.

If this was my forum I would have had an option to donate at the bottom years ago tbh

But if you arent earning how are you going to psy, the point i am making is that people will say yes but when it comes down to it they wont pay as they will find something else to spend their 2 quid on especially if on a grant or part time student job
