You can if you download some thing to trick it into thinking you live in the UK. But I have an Android instead of an iPhone so I couldn't do that anyways.

Important to remember don't be complacent at the start and think "I'll vote on final night". Vote as much as possible early days to ensure there is no shock 6th/5th etc.
Just vote vote vote as much as possible.
