Agreed he is an absolute eejit with no remorse - some may say 'he apologised' but a true apology doesn't have to be asked for :D

But why should he apoligise to them? If he is to apoligise it should be to his housemates

HE doesn't particularly need to apologise to them but they gave him a bunch of chances to climb off his high horse and acknowledge what he did. Every time he deflected the blame, He bought up the editing. He struggled to justify himself and came off as old perverted bigot IMO

He knew exactly what he was doing. He was always talking about what he thought the public wanted to see.

He did it all for effect. But I bet he didn't bank on losing some of his fee through being kicked out.

Yes. HE could have come straight out with it at the beginning of the interview.

He had to apologise to the nation (even though most of the nation are oblivious to CBB) and they were beaming it into Ireland as well so they got their pound of flesh.

I only watched for Fleur, but was nice seeing Janet clock Ken with receipts and Jamelia rolling her eyes at his stupidity :clap1:

I honestly think he went in there trying to be as controversial as possible. As they say any publicity is good publicity... Except this time!! Yeah I really think he is in major trouble career wise.

Its ironic cuz he 'advised' Chloe to not 'upset' Jeremy in the robe incident and to think of her career but he definitely wasn't thinking about his career with his deflect but don't deny approach to this interview.

The man is in his mid 70s, I doubt a "career" is foremost in his thoughts, topping up his pension at best

Im sure he said this was his last job before retirement

Quote "I apologise unreservedly to everybody who watched that programme"

"It was banter in an odd situation, but I understand entirely I've upset a lot of people".

Was it meant whole-heartedly? As stated previously. I suspect it was merely a damage limitation exercise.

I can name a long long long long list of celebs who have had careers way past the age of 71.

I...AM...GROOT.

muchadoaboutnothing 15-01-2015 02:49 AM

I recorded the Loose Women show and finally got round to watching it and all i can say is that i found the panel of of women on the LW to be no better than Nadia and in fact all four of them bullying Ken into apologising and not letting up until he did so. When he tried to do at one stage Janet Street Porter and Jamelia kept interrupting him. Those women on LW are a disgrace and come across as bullies if no one agrees with them - they should be ashamed of themselves.

does that happen? because i had the impression that the reason he wanted to get out early was because he wanted the money but didnt want to waste time in there hense get out asap. its fairer if they dont get their whole fee for getting themselves kicked out (like jeremy)
