KH has shown throughout her "career" and also in this bb house that she is incapable of showing or feeling compassion for her fellow human beings. That's why hell would have to freeze over before I even thought about supporting her.

She had to do what made her money and i dont think everything she writes is needed ro be said but i do believe she will have a great career after the show

According to oddschecker she still is, currently at 5/2 ahead of Keith at 4/1.

I personally think she's doing her best to be a nice person, but I can see through her act. Horrible people can act nice too. And when she gets out of that house she'll be horrible again. I think that she's a two faced cowered. You can see her true self when she picks on weak people. IMO you're nieve if you can't see it too.

Personally, I don't care what she writes (it is all within the law), I like her for the fact that she writes it in the first place.

As far as her being "Real" or "Nice" I couldn't care less, I like what I see.

Maybe watch IACGMOOH the year she was on it as it proves she is nice

I would imagine she feels compassion to her friends and family, most people do.

Unless you feel she is a sociopath, which from what I have seen is unlikely.

Now Perez does indeed have Sociopathic characteristics.

She wouldn't get paid for being compassionate.

She does what she is good at - her opinions don't interest me and she can say what she likes. She comes across as pretty stupid and predictable in the house in many ways despite her intelligence, but let's face it, she found something she was good at that people would pay her for and made a success out of it. That's smart enough for most people.

It's people being outraged by how horrid some of the things she says can be that keeps her successful.

She can be nice, she can be nasty - but basically she has to be nasty to make a decent living - and such is the world, being nice rarely cuts it.

I was never interested in her before this show, and won't be interested in her after it - I was just surprised at how unsophisticated and crude her behaviour is, but that's old now.

Very valid points. The reason I brought up compassion is because the thread title is "Why can't the PUBLIC accept that Hopkins is a nice person??"

so we don't need to go into what she needs to do for a living, we all have choices in the paths we take. She chose her path, and its one where she is an unpleasant troll, incapable of showing an ounce of compassion to anyone in her path. That's why I can't accept that she is a nice person

Yes, she chose her path to making a living - she failed at politics and other things.

She probably pretty bog standard - can be nice can be nasty - but just has that weak ego thing that means she needs a hell of a lot of attention so nasty is better particularly when in public.

yep :( I do hope she shuts up about it soon surely she can't be that petty to keep going and going and going! Im starting to feel sorry for Perez and the HMs that have to listen to her going on like a broken record.

When the HMs were all having a laugh yesterday she moaned about it calling them 'fake' She seems completely incapable of accepting that people can have fun without her being a part of it! snide two-faced freak off a leash can't stand her for much longer
