I think Ofcom will get a record number of complaints for this

My point is that in the heat of the moment people say the most ridiculous things. |

However you are selectively,(possibly),overlooking that Ken got a warning too for a so called racist term,. that he had disobeyed BB on and used the same word again, after being told never to again, in a conversation with another housemate. It was after that he was removed, likely nothing to do with Nadia and Perez, and as I recall most of the other women too were complaining at Ken's comments as to the womens backsides, not just Nadia. |

I don't agree it was just a silly off the cuff comment though because he said it over and over again because even when others told him to stop. |

He shouldn't have said that, but Callum was also aggressive and they never called him out on it.

I assume, and very much hope, that if someone is removed from CBB they lose their fee.

To bring rape into this is completely farcical and shows the depths some people will resort to. It's a very, very cheap, shameful way to try and score points especially considering it's such a serious subject. Outside of the house it's a non-issue most of the time and an insult plenty of us have probably heard. Obviously in the house freedom of speech is more censored so a warning is appropriate but please don't try and suggest 'rape' was ever on the cards or at the fore front of Perez's intentions. Any rational person can see from that altercation there was no suggestion at all of this.
You have a much more creditable argument if you steer clear of 'rape' and focus on the vulgarity and decency of what Perez said. Sensible people would probably accept that and not even enter a debate on the matter. There's a real lack of perspective which is magnified ten-fold when Perez is involved however. Re. Nadia 'accepting'/'justifying' the behaviour, she did not actually offer an opinion at all (I'm sure she would be criticised for getting involved if she did, oh the hypocrisy) All she stated was that Katie H instigated the argument. This cannot be confirmed or denied from the brief footage but lets face it Callum isn't easily manipulated nor has he never been wound up by Katie H  (Not justifying Perez's behaviour who did himself no favours and was clearly 'most' in the wrong but I would suggest the others are far from being whiter than white themselves either) Also for the record I doubt this would even make the top 5 most contentious moments in the house this year. |
Perez went way over the line but people have to know that Katie, Callum and Cami are ganging up to provoke him.
