Yeah where was Cleggy? I know Cameron has thrown the toys out of the pram over the debates...didn't know Clegg (as usual) followed suit...

Clegg wanted to take part but couldn't. All the negotiations are being kept pretty secret I think but heard someone say that the Tories wouldn't allow it as part of the overall agreement
