But that doesn't mean Toya's behaviour should be overlooked.

She was also a bully. And was just as nasty as Helen and Pauline were, when they ostracized Jale and Christopher.

Toya spoke her mind, but because she was black people called it aggression, it's just the way she expressed herself.

The whole thing about black HMs getting labeled as aggressive is true though. Marcus was extremely aggressive in BB10 but hardly anyone calls him such.
