They probably only saw dollar signs ($), when they looked at him, so you could say they were blind to him being ugly.

Also most or all of them were for a chance to appear on TV even just for a short time ie: quick fame. Basically the show was for Grade A fame ho´s. But then many of them are.

Most the ladies on the show aren't exactly models themselves tho are they also flave is pretty funny so I can see why they would want to be with him and obviously the money makes him more attractive. I honestly believe that some of the girls (New York, goodie etc) actually liked him.
