I notice that yet again the person who commits the offence isn't the bad guy but instead the person who speaks out against it....how is Jason in the wrong and Ryan is the victim ?
Ryan didn't consult anyone before choosing when to say what he said so Jason shouldn't have to consult anyone before choosing when to respond. And Jason is bang on, if he or Chelsea or Sam had said that it would without doubt be seen as a reason to attack them but because it's Ryan and because it's Jason who took offence it's ok. |

Exactly! So basically he couldn't care less about Evelyn or Alex, he decided to use it as a nomination reason, bravo to you for seeing it |

So he wasn't hassled into explaining then, at least we agree on that |
Hughie is an idiot and never listens....he asked the questions then either doesn't allow the person to reply or doesn't listen when they do. Jason explanation was justified and Hughie should have accepted it.

..yeah, I think this as well really...(although I do think that he may win..)...it's funny because it was quite unfortunate for Ryan that after Jason gave the reasons that he did, he then made the sexist comment to Emma...but I think also 'unfortunate' or very telling is more it for me...that Jason was shown to have the conversation with Andy about it being a 'popularity contest' and discussing numbers in each 'group'...so those I think were his calculations and primary reason for voting Ryan to go...a smart and tactical move and one that is quite well thought out...but he also knows that, that reason is not one that he would be able to give to his fellow housemates...'oh, I voted him off tactically so ya'll hush up'...so it had to become more 'moral' and one that he felt would see him in a better light as well as a 'more acceptable' justification with them....and also with the public as well of course because Ryan's crude (drunken) remarks would probably be something that he calculated as being a safer bet for public perception, rather than an overtly revealed game-plan....fair play to him though, he's secured two evictions of 'key characters' of the opposing group as it were this week...and he seems to me to be the least 'savvy' BB housemate/the least familiar with BB, so maybe that's ended up being an advantage as well... |
