My only input to this is that I do not think any mod has ever really used their status to belittle any other members.
There may have been times and particularly when I first joined here and for a couple of years that less was tolerated as to disruptive behaviour.

Again even at those times, any infractions I would say or bans were justified from the action of the disruptive member, not the mods.
I think this thread which is being used a a vehicle to get at Dezzy is wrong,even moreso in his absence,that is just my view, if people have issues with mods or other members take it to a mod, there are plenty of them and I have always found they do listen.

Of course if no member did anything to get into bother for in the first place, then there would be no need for infractions or even bans of any duration.
