I never noticed this. He should be warned, James clearly didn't take it as a joke and the two had been arguing before so it wasn't friendly imo

I don't really think there are many situations even between friends that an arse stab would be appreciated.

I am ever so tempted to try this on one of my best mates next time we are out, just to gouge reaction.

I missed this when I watched the ep but just watched the clip and yeah he was gross. It was weird how he went about it beforehand too, holding his finger up to Nicola (I think it was her?) as if to say "look what I'm about to do *teehee*"... very odd person. I'm surprised James didn't flip out at him in all honesty.

Nancy lovie, I was a big Austin fan right up until he started with the fake tears crap, that does my head in but for what its worth, if I am honest, I still like the guy and he should be working with james J to kill off Speidi.

I am beginning to feel sorry for you because so many are giving you a hard time, including me, but on the other hand, its admirable that you support your fav through thick and thin so dont worry about me, im just a grump old bugger that loves to have a bitch now and again.

All Austin has to do to get into my good books is ditch the fake emotional outbursts, they drive me nuts. AS FOR YOU, i STILL LOVE YOU AND RESPECT YOUR VIEWS. XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Sam.
I very much respect and appreciate you coming in and saying that to me. I apologise for my comments....but please take no notice of me. I'm a miserable cow at the best of times and need a good swift kick up the backside. lol :joker: When I made those comments, I just felt as if I was being attacked, questioned and was tired of having to explain myself on all corners of this forum - it all got a bit much. I need to learn to stop being so touchy and be more respectful of people's views. Then again, i'm not entirely convinced some people aren't using Austin as an excuse to have a go at me after the disagreements I had with them last year. Maybe i'm wrong but it did cross my mind quite a few times.
I don't have anything against you personally, I like you. In fact, I have enjoyed reading your posts in the past and find you a great poster. I would love it if we could wipe the slate clean and start afresh. Keep posting. xxxxxxxxxxxx :hee:

This is an absolute piss take to legit sexual assault victims. What Austin did was vile and wrong, but SEXUAL ASSAULT? Jesus Christ, just stop.

Lesson for all that hold grudges, people can forgive and forget and be real friends even after they clashed.

if it was done to a woman the guy would be kicked out and probably arrested. proving yet again the white male is the most discriminated against in this basket case of a show and a country

Yet the perpetrator of alleged crime was also a white male.

White man gets away with sexual assault

 white men are the most discriminated against in my poor little world

Beyond satire, almost ashamed to share this moment with you.

I still think the "don't voice your discomfort, it's not ejectable" applies in BB's logic. Austin was the same with JH but they were mates. I think it was very ballsy for him to do it to JJ, i thought JJ would punch him.

BUT like i said, had JJ said it was innapropriate, Austin would have at least got a warning.

Aaron BB16 didn't get removed until Joel complained. Daley didn't get spoken to until Hazel said what she did in the DR.

Whilst I dont agree with what went down, Im glad they let it ride because this whole PC crap and nit picking politically sensitive issues is killing the show. In Australia it took thousands of years to recognise Aborigines rights, In the states the indigenous native people have been battling for hundreds of years and here in the uk PC issues have changed in a matter of a tea break when paralleled with other cultures. Britain really is taking things way too seriously and something needs to be done before we turn into the worlds whingers. TV programmes like BB should be immune from some issues and left to get on with it. Everyone knows its a controvertial show yet the silliest issues reign supreme when feelings are hurt. No likey, no looky. End of. Period. If you cant stomach conflict or the breaking of PC rules, watch Discovery and leave our programme alone.

Personally I don't think it should really matter whether or not James reacted or complained about it. If someone is attacked for example, is the attacker justified in doing it if the victim doesn't complain? Or if someone commits a robbery, is it ok that they did it if the person who was robbed doesn't report it? They're still crimes and the people responsible are still just as bad for committing them. (I'm not trying to say that what Austin did was as serious as those things btw - I don't, I'm just highlighting my point that I don't think the act itself should be judged acceptable just because the 'victim' doesn't do anything about it.)
