The all-star charity single organised to raise money for the victims and families of the Grenfell Tower fire in London has reached number one on this week's Official Singles Chart.

The star-studded fundraising single – a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' – amassed 170,000 digital and streaming equivalent sales in just 48 hours to take it to the top, with nearly 169,000 of those sales coming from downloads.
