Oh there is another space upstairs. It's where The Bolthole/Perez's secret room was I believe. The Attic looks a bit big for that space though.

It's a compromise for the fact that she can't nom Kieran at all + is closer to Raph & Deborah. There's no one else she can target

The attic is basically a room with no windows or natural light so worse than a prison.
