Yeah I'm not gonna condone this just because they're my favourites, it's wrong. That said, I'm not gonna suddenly decide to stop supporting them either.

I'm glad for Sarah that Chad has hooked up with her, she needed some happiness to make her time in the house a nice experience whilst in there because up to now she's had nothing but ugliness thrown at he. Doesn't bother me at all, I hope something comes of it, probably won't though as not many go on to have meaningful relationships on the fallout of BB

Sarah is a genuine girl she wouldn't have kissed him if she didn't like the dude but he seems very fake.

Also, this feels more genuine than your typical showmance...

Is that because you like both Housemates though? Because to me it seems just like every other Showmance that's been pre-planned for a few highlight shows now. And Chad from Launch Night has been cast to basically shack up with any woman that he could get, hell if he had to get desperate he'd have took Helen just to get a Showmance in the house as that's all BB see him as.

Sarah sadly has let herself down by playing upto the script.

You seem a bit desperate to diss the Chad Mocky,he explained about Amelia and he always said he liked Sarah,this isn't a showmance they haven't been fooling around like love struck kids they have had one kiss,they havenet been in bed all day and smooching and whispering sweet nothings, none of us know if Sarah has a boyfriend, Chad we know broke up with his ex a month or so ago,so what is the big deal,it seems some are scared they might be popular,I dont get it either.:shrug: They probably need each others company as tbh the rest of them are pretty dire.

I probably am coming across as harsh, but it's only because if this was anybody else in there they'd be getting crucified for Showmancing, yet because Chad and Sarah are the faves this series they're allowed to get away with the exact same thing that Ellie and Sam was ridiculed for just a few weeks ago across the entire fandom, in particular Chad has really played up the Ellie angle yet he is getting excuses whilst Ellie got hated for the exact same thing, how does that work?

Chad was never a fave,infact he was not liked on here,but under his bravado he has been a nice person and always been kind to Sarah and he has never slagged anyone off ,they are nothing like Ellie or Sam,they are both far more mature for a start and Chad is not throwing himself at Sarah,infact it was her who walked him into the kitchen,and that kiss was unlike anything Ellie and Sam exchanged,there is no filthy talk just seems like they both actually like each other. i think that is how it works.

Just because it's not as vulgar or immature doesn't mean that it isn't still fake, Pete and Nikki in BB7 weren't as vulgar and that was as fake as it comes.

BB Showmances should never be trusted, especially on Ch5 as the Housemates even play Musical Chairs like it's a Soap Opera.

But that's up to them,it wont affect us :shrug:

its not defining Sarah in the house which is the issue with so many showmances. She already was the centre of attention prior to any interaction with Chad. To me that makes a big difference to my perception

I'm with you on this. He was so keen on Amelia just days ago, and suddenly has deep, intense feelings for Sarah? I don't think so.

He was looking for a showmance from day 1, and even basically said he was looking to hook up with any one of the female housemates when he was in the diary room. There's no depth in his feelings and this isn't the great romance of the century that some seem to be portraying it as in order to excuse their behaviour.

As for Sarah, she's admitted herself that she has a boyfriend so she's out of order and no different to the likes of Steph Davvis, etc, in her morals. Imo she is just so needy and attention seeking and I believe those are her motives for attaching herself to Chad.

Either way I don't think the behaviour of either of them can be condoned considering Sarah is in a relationship - it is disrespectful and inconsiderate at best.

And here I was hoping we wouldn't be condemned to yet another fake showmance.........:facepalm:

Its like this with everything tbh. Absolute hell on if its someone disliked, but so cute or whatever if its someone liked. A little silly, but I am used to it now.

For the record I still CBA with showmances.

My problem with them is they will take up half of every show.

Do we really want to watch highlight shows filled with something that you know is fake? It's meant to have some resemblance of a Reality Show.
