"Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy gave a female nightclub toilet attendant a black eye and called her a "black bitch" in a row over a handful of lollipops, a court heard."

This is a good example of someone trying to overwrite facts with their own opinion.

Disgusting bitch she shouldn't be given a career

Crimson Dynamo 02-07-2018 01:37 PM

According to The Sun’s Bizarre column, the 10-year-age-gap and Liam’s futile pursuit of a solo career are the main reasons behind the split.

She is also living in his house that he paid for and she put nothing into it

With his child, that's he's responsible for. I doubt Cheryl is short of cash herself

Denver 02-07-2018 01:43 PM

He could look after his own child in his own house

How dare she live in a house with their child :o

It is actually sickening how a mother always gets the custody

I think you'll find in a lot of cases fathers don't even try to get custody

She is with Bear and that house the most and Liam is always away doing his solo stuff, their break up ended on good terms and i’m sure he is fine with her being there, he isn’t going to force them to move straight away and confuse their baby.

Crimson Dynamo 02-07-2018 01:49 PM

I expect he has been shagging around and she found out

Most common scenario is joint custody. Residence usually goes to the mother but, to be fair, it's very rarely contested... and when it is contested, it'll go to whoever has been the primary carer before separation, unless there are some other circumstances like substance abuse. If the father has been the primary caregiver during the child's life thus far, and contests for them to reside with him, then there's a high chance of that succeeding .

Which is very fair really imo whatever disrupts the kids the least is what should be aimed for

Not always. In most cases. That's because mothers are naturally the primary caregivers and, without long periods of separation, have a stronger bond with the child. It's no wonder most children end up with their mothers, as that is usually the best option for them.
