I think she is perceived as one-dimensional only because she has hardly been shown at all, so the producers haven't enabled us to know her personality. I guess, in Vanessa's defence, if you are judging her as a character in a tv entertainment show, this is description is fair. However, if we remember she is a human being first, then it isn't.

I believe your perception of Lewis is very true. It is yet another irony in his character.

I disagree, just because she hasn't been involved in arguments, we have seen her, in tasks and also her facial expressions and reactions which can be far more informative than fake interactions, that is what I love about BB which is why I could never understand people saying oh I have it on in the background, you have to watch it because it can just be a quick cut of a camera to a look or body movement

Well, if that's the reason for his response, it's a good job he isn't married to her then.....!

'You've been cooking and cleaning, and are non-confrontational, you ****,' ranted Lewis when he arrived home after a hard day's work. 'How bloody dare you!?'

She just comes across as cold to me. Unlike Zoe, who i think is the opposite : warm hearted and friendly.

In the House cooking and cleaning is a well known strategy to avoid getting nominated.

I agree with you here, Cherie. And I'm not for one moment seeing her as one-dimensional, but just suggesting the reason why some people might see her that way.

And you're so right about having to watch, rather than just have it on in the background. Some of Sian's expressions in particular have been very telling, without her saying a word.

Yes, the only time she opens her mouth is to make bitchy comments about Lewis or Cameron, yet that's seems to be ok apparently.

Aaliyah 17-10-2018 09:48 AM

I reckon I'd cook alot if I were in there, just because well one I like cooking and it would give me something to do and two I'd rather not eat something aload of messy strangers made :worry:

...it’s a well known flop/fail strategy if it’s the only attribute of someone though, Vanessa......so it really was a dumb thought process tbh...

This for me aswell , I feel you could have a good old laugh with Zoe, and act around a bit Sian would be too scared of breaking a nail.

Elliot 17-10-2018 09:57 AM

Lmao yeah Zoe is so warm heated and friendly dropping her friends for guilt by association unlike that nasty cow Sian who ykno has done nothing to warrant being called cold. And apparently this is all an excuse for Cameron and Lewis calling her a ****

God u couldn’t make this **** up

No one has excused him ,I think most on here thought it wasn't nice , but on the other hand is it really so bad given this word is bandied about everywhere now , even on here , don't be taking that high moral ground when others have been called much worse , no one has to like Sian ,same as no one has to like Lewis or Cam, to call her that was wrong , but we all do it if we feel someone has slated us. you are right, you couldn't write some of this stuff.

IIRC, It was Cian who dropped Zoe like a hot potato the moment Isabella went in, so i'm not surprised she went off him. I don't mind Cian but he doesn't seem very loyal, imo.

this is apparently a transcript of whats said ......

Lewis: I'm telling you now, she's hiding in plain sight as a dinner lady. Don't know what her problem with me is, she's a f-ing snake, I'm telling you now. Doing her little housewife image so everyone's f-ing 'Oh Sian cooks the food, Sian cleans up'. Little snake. She's a little weasel, in and out of that DR, acting all quiet and innocent in here.
(Imitates Sian): 'Erm, mmmm, mmm, I'm making tea for everyone, I'm cleaning up'.
(Reverts to Lewis): Fair enough, you do the chores, I can cook, I can clean. If she went I'd cook and clean for everyone, it's not a big deal. She's assumed the role of mother of the house, and she's a floater, she's floating her way to the final.

Cameron: For some reason people can't seem to see what's f-ing staring them in the face in this house. It literally has to happen before anyone sees it, but you're the overthinker because you think of things before it f-ing happens. WTF....

Lewis: Exactly. F-- off you f-ing fake c---. This house is full of f-ing reptiles. Fake c---s".

Delightful ......

and yet Sian is the nasty one :hee: I wouldn't wipe my feet on Lewis as it stands

GoldHeart 17-10-2018 05:01 PM

BB needs to play back their bitchy conversations especially to Sian when they called her that word :nono: .

I'm so fed up of them getting away with this behavior.
Zoe's bitter sessions should be played back into the house as well.

Should they play back Sian's bitchy comments about Lewis too?

Very much doubt it. She struggles to construct a sentence together properly.
