Got to say, my Dad made me watch a Bernard Manning concert that's on YouTube from his Embassy Club and I howled, some of it was shockingly offensive but that adds to it because you're like "omg how was this allowed". Chubby Brown too has the same effect on me.

Not as good as the first series so far, but I've still got 4 and half episodes left to watch.

I don't think it's killed comedy in the "people can't say anything anymore!!" type way - most of my favourite comedies aren't PC or un-PC, they're just neutral, like Blackadder/Jeeves and Wooster/Brittas. Fawlty Towers might push it a little sometimes, but nothing bad.

I will say that late night talk shows which replace jokes with "Trump, AMMIRIGHT!?" are annoying.

Didn't the commissioner for comedy or someone from the BBC say that Monty Python wouldn't be picked up today for being "too white and too male" ? Pretty stupid attitude really, denying someone a place on television for their race and gender, especially considering how many comedy writers have been influenced by the Pythons. I wonder how many potentially brilliant acts are missing out due to their identity...
