Yeah Alf look up the first few pages on the first series there is in depth info on the dances plus examples. Niamh hadn't watched strictly before but has made the semi final and had been really good. So you don't need much knowledge just pick good songs to match themes

i had more potential, but i messed up big time with that one american smooth song choice, i thought going for basics would've been nice contrast compared to my outside the box week 1 charleston but i couldn't know they would mark me to bottom of leaderboard D:

i was so shocked i quit and became judge
