Pulling out some sort of pretend racism scale and declaring the evidence is 'weak' because it doesn't suit your agenda is in itself, weak. You're making excuses for racism and this racist in particular, you're trying to play the whole 'I'm not a fan of him but...' card in order to defend him without looking like you are.
