He was told by a vet NOT to let the dog outside of his property without inoculation. Bear decided to not follow this advice and took the dog out several times, the dog became ill and it's leg infected. After Bear STILL took the dog out on an injured leg it had to be amputated.

A few days later Bear was seen with the puppy in public and the dog was attempting to walk in a wooded area.

Not long after it died.
