posting the picture doesn't necessarily mean that he is a racist. I think his motivation was to get attention by creating controversy. Even if you put racism to one side, posting a picture of a monkey is not a nice thing to do to new parents who are rightfully proud of their new offspring. He wanted attention and used the couples status to get it.
