For anyone who didn’t know, the format derives from a Korean show ‘King of the Masked Singer’ where kpop stars compete in a similar style. But all the kpop stans on twitter don’t seem to grasp the concept of tv shows being adapted worldwide and take every opportunity to call out the U.K. (and also the US) for plagiarising and ripping off that Korean show :laugh:

They’re all like ‘do people not in England not realise Korea has been doing this show for years :oh:’ as if anyone actually cares if the format is original or not

Kpop stans on twitter in general are horrific so who cares what they think. I'm sure their complains are accompanied by a video a dancer miming to a throw away pop song

i am friends with a few fans of Kpop, yes they can get too obsessive (even for me that is over the top) :laugh:
