A lot of difference. Just because you want to defend making personal comments about Harry and Meghan doesn't change it.

An opinion on who was right or wrong in an argument over cider on Big Brother is vastly different to assuming you know what a housemate is like as a parent in the real world for example.

If the comments were restricted to what she did in a documentary that would be fair enough.

It's not. It starts to veer off into the fantasy story writing of what she said to Harry off camera and how she controls him and everyone around her.

The entire media backlash she received was based on gossip about what she'd done "behind closed doors" conveniently enough.

They're celebs in the public eye, some will like them, some wont. Their situation is far from revolutionary. When you're in the public eye (which obviously they're dong their best to avoid lol) scrutiny comes with the territory.

Have an opinion, that's not a problem, it's when entire imagined scenarios are played out as actual events it gets a tad worrying.

no one person ever controls the narrative, if people want to debate things that others feel are trivial, that is their right. No-one decides what is worth discussion and what is not
