Every UTD fan I have spoken to today have said they will never watch another game if this goes ahead. Lots of season ticket holders will not renew either.

Calderyon 19-04-2021 06:27 PM

PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) predicted this.

Time Will Tell.

bots 19-04-2021 06:37 PM

i can't see the likes of Alex Ferguson and Kenny Dalglish continuing their association with the clubs either as it stands

Crimson Dynamo 19-04-2021 06:40 PM

Crimson Dynamo 19-04-2021 06:41 PM

Calderyon 19-04-2021 07:19 PM

But yeah, everything about this sounds greedy and stupid tbh. If they do this their most loyal fans and a big chunk of others are going to abandon them.

They also predicted classic players. This means we might finally get to see Pele vs Messi.

All 12 teams have decided to transfer their European cups to the Super League :umm2:

Alf 19-04-2021 08:40 PM

Nottingham Forest have won more European cups than Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea, combined.

Big six, my arse.

So you support the idea? What happens when your team is banned from every tournament and your players are banned from international and the government screw you over? You will play about 15 times a year and people will soon get bored of the idea and youbwint be able to go to games because Ticket prices will be sky high

I don’t support the idea at all and I hate the Glazer Family with every fibre in my body , but I’m not here for the sudden “Oh. Football has been ruined by Money” like this hasn’t been the case for years now.

Hell, the whole invention of the Premier League was to line up the pockets of some and milk football for all it’s worth. I’m a United fan who’s benefited most from the premier league, but let’s call a spade a spade. The likes of Sky, BT etc and their reactions has been embarrassing.

This is going to destroy British football though as the money the PL generates is mostly because of the elite teams nobody is gonna pay £1b to stick Barnsley vs Fulham on TV

Bit different.

Nobody has said "don't put money into a club" but Salford arne't talking about starting their own competition and making a mockery of English football.

This.

What the 12 teams have done here is try to destroy European Football as we know it, Salford haven't done that and I'm gathering that they won't be doing that whilst Gary Neville is still there.
