Hunt is in the Westminster studio
talking slow.

The problem that liz has is she is just not likeable and she would never have been elected PM if she were leader at a general election. People can be very forgiving of many mistakes if the person is likeable, Boris being the obvious example

Not saying much on anything.
Another you have to wait and see message!!

How he kept a straight face saying Truss was the right PM for this time beggars belief.

i listened to him on radio 4, and although he didn't commit himself to anything, his focus is on cuts across all government departments and that is going to affect people badly. He said he didn't think it would be as bad as 2010, but people need to be realistic. So that gives me all the context i need

yep, they did, but they are not stupid, they are reflecting the views of their readership back to them. Tory support has all but evaporated completely across the country and there is no way out of it. They are talking about having another leadership election, but only for mp's. The problem with that is that the tory party is so fractured they couldn't get unanimously behind anyone

The tory party will be lucky to have a handful of mp's after the next election

the press are like that guy in the fast show, remember - his opinions would change mid-sentence to what the group consensus was in the pub!

Asda chairman Lord Stuart Rose says he does not believe Prime Minister Liz Truss can deliver stability for the economy.

Speaking on Radio 4's Today programme, he said it was nice to "hear a serious voice" in the new chancellor but said Jeremy Hunt would have to work very hard to increase business and consumer confidence.

Asked if Liz Truss was better off staying or going, for the good of the country, he said the PM was "a busted flush".

He also voiced concerns that "inflation is roaring away" and that "if we do not kill inflation we've got a problem that will last years not months."

Lord Rose added: "I can tell you people are terrified about inflation."

UK Asda CEO
loves getting political
he was the same,
having a go at New Labour
when he ran M&S.

I prefer him to keep Asda UK reductions
going.

With No Walmart, backing him
it is harder

No,
she only wanted 4 Reporters
and as some of them got nasty,
so she ran off.

Ch4HDnews reporter Shouting at her
as she Ran Off, a trick Cameron used,
only to get his voice on news clips.

Arista just repeats what he sees someone say on talk tv or KGB News.
