Why would Spurs let him go for free when they can get £100 million now ?

Plus Kane doesn’t fit the fast paced , pressing game of the new manager

Given Kane was forced to stay there a couple of years ago, the same applies, they cant force him to go to another club, he is under contract and paid by spurs until next year.

Maguire is basically able to do the same at Man U and there will be about a dozen players at Chelsea, happy to see out their lucrative contracts

The reality is that from the next January window, Kane can enter into a pre-contract agreement with his next team, and that could easily be Man U for zero transfer fee

Real Madrid have completed the signing of England midfielder Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund on a six-year deal.

Nicky91 14-06-2023 12:41 PM

best player in the world????

not for me personally and neither is Haaland, both whom are too much of ego's for my liking

consider me oldschool but i like team players a lot more

the likes of Totti, Del Piero, Raul also scored plenty of goals back in their day but were also great team players

i'm more excited about who PSG are gonna sign as replacements for Messi, Mbappe, Neymar

and tbh if Real Madrid can't get Mbappe (because of those lame stupid moronic ultra rich arabs ), i'm pretty sure they still have plenty of other options to go for next

Cherie 14-06-2023 12:41 PM

I dont want Kane at Man U :fist:

yes he's a great signing for their midfield, has been a highly wanted player for several years now by a lot of top teams

good on Dortmund having hold onto him for so long anyway, and now cashing in another 103 million (after last season's already top deal of selling Haaland)

pretty sure Dortmund are going after Gundogan comeback now

What a bladdy midfield four Bellingham ( 19) Valverde ( 24) , Tchouaméni (23) and Camavinga (20)

Although Arsenal could well field a midfield 4 of Odegard, Partey, Rice and Caicedo !

i always have liked Real Madrid  also love how Raul is lowkey gotten himself into the same role as Alfredo Di Stefano used to have at presentations

Courtois

Fran Garcia, Militao, Alaba, Carvajal

Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga

Brahim Diaz, ''new signing - tba'', Vini Jr

whew that is a good squad

and for the forward for the goals i'd try and go for Harry Kane as a second choice to Mbappe (with the right wingers, who can provide quality assists, he is a guarantee for loads of goals)

Real will almost certainly buy Mbappe in the coming days / weeks .

City’s world dominance was short lived

yeah, and i also think a combination of Mbappe with either Tchouameni/Camavinga on midfield can work great

Nicky91 14-06-2023 12:57 PM

Benzema has completely changed the way the transfer window was heading .. Mbappe just reacted to Benzema’s decision ..

It’s gonna be a wild ride !!

Spurs are bizarrely more likely to land Maddison than Newcastle due to Newcastle’s rigid pay structure !!

neither does Mbappe fit Ten Hag's fast paced pressing game, whom is literally as slow as a snail :fan:

he can score lots of goals yes but he needs to have a good supply line of assists, he is likely to have that more at RM than at Man U, especially with ''Mr 100 million'' ego Antony always going for own successes from the right wing position (and Antony is ETH's pet what we all know, he already favoured him a lot at ajax)

Zizu 14-06-2023 02:26 PM

Havartz to Arsenal is a consideration apparently

Celtic are in advanced talks with Brendan Rodgers over the possibility of the 50-year-old Northern Irishman returning as manager.

No deal has been done at this point and, while Celtic have sounded out other potential candidates, Rodgers is their priority.

West Ham have rejected Arsenal's first bid for England midfielder Declan Rice.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has made Rice one of his main transfer targets, with suggestions that a deal was close.

However, it is understood the initial offer for the 24-year-old has left the Hammers unimpressed as it contains a number of clauses.

Sources at West Ham do expect further communication from Arsenal, although they are also anticipating an offer from Manchester City.

Arsenal are going to blow it

well aware

he is going to take the job it seems

managers who return never do as well and he will be playing against a very different Rangers team than the one he did in his first spell!

disaster incoming

At least his teams ( normally) play decent football ?

Just hope your old manager doesn’t return to take some of your best players
