He was not making a effort
to stay out of area.

The Straps, he used under the lorry, were made out of bedsheets,
good old cotton.

The Mother of the lad:

[Farnaz Khalife has urged her son
to seek psychiatric help,

saying he has suffered episodes since
he was a teenager and that
he 'does not live in reality'.

The former nurse, 47, from Kingston,
south-west London, moved to Wales for a
quieter life in 2020 – two years after
Khalife joined the army.]

[She said he had enjoyed watching
TV programmes about the SAS and always
wanted to join the regiment, his mother said.
He attended the Army Foundation College
in Harrogate, North Yorkshire,
before basic training in Pirbright, Surrey,
and then the
Defence School of Communications Information
Systems in Blandford Forum, Dorset.]

I say it again and again. .. we are just too soft in this country ..

Only today this idiot escaped from prison ( under a vehicle) then went on the run for four days causing consternation to thousands- then refused to comply with the enquiry so loads of prisoners had to be moved around costing hundreds of thousands…

Well he’s pleaded NOT guilty today adding even more expense to the taxpayer

He had now had the sense to plead
Guilty.

[[Khalife was arrested on a canal towpath in

[Former British army soldier Daniel Khalife
has pleaded guilty to escaping from
Wandsworth Prison last September.

He had originally pleaded not guilty
to the charge, and is in the middle
of giving evidence at his trial.

This morning he had the charge put
to him again and pleaded guilty,
with the jury returning a guilty verdict
on the charge of escaping from lawful custody.

His trial on three other charges is continuing. ]

I hope someone kills him in prison. We used to hang spies... now we give them less than 15 years. How many people has he put in harm's way, I wonder...

UserSince2005 03-02-2025 12:24 PM

14 years? you get more for tweeting the truth.

arista 04-02-2025 05:22 AM

BBC News Text :
["Dangerous fool who put lives at risk"
is the Metro's headline referring to former
soldier Daniel Khalife
who has been jailed for 14 years for
spying for Iran and escaping prison.
It quotes Judge Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb
telling the 23-year-old he had exposed
special forces personnel to "serious risk"
out of a "selfish desire to show off"
.]
