The host is hopeless.

I have wasted over an hour watching this however.
She has failed bigtime hosting this.

I can't see where anyone will have learned anything at all watching this.

Gawd these two are both gormless ..

Rishi seems like a nice guy .. whereas Starmer somehow doesn’t ..

Very surprised at Sunak winning that debate easily in my view, Starmer kept rolling his eyes and looked shocked at some of things Sunak was saying, can see why he wanted a debate every week....

i think you all have too high expectations. Starmer didn't lead a chorus of lock him up, neither of them got personal. That's a win. Compare that to any other recent election debate in any other of the leading economies and it was a good debate

Hmm this questioning of the LibDems, SNP, Reform and Greens wasn't better.
Again for the want of better questions that could have been asked.

The poll after it put Sunak at 51%, Starmer at 49%

Close to being even.
For me neither was really better than the other.

Actually for me too, rather pointless to do these things BEFORE the manifestos are published.
Far better have the manifesto commitments presented to question on.

I hate politicians but going off what I saw tonight .. Starmer looked to be uncomfortable and nervous

Definitely.
She was really terrible.

Sunak showed no respect that she was the host.
He acted as if it was PMQs.

It was a very poor debate.
I doubt any minds will be changed because of it.
I hope anymore will be constructed better and controlled far better too.
