Oh, I agree. I've made some jokes but it's just my sense of humor. He has not done anything that's worthy of being destroyed publicly for. In the house, it's a bit different because I'm sure they feel compelled to respond to his behavior in some way, even if they have no real urge to do so negatively yet, since they're all technically "playing a game". It is in some ways in their interest to absorb the behavior until a Limit Break is reached... then maybe the ultimate summons can be coordinated amongst the women and a nice show can then be had for all... sometimes in real life when dealing with these things isolated, immediately calling out can just backfire and only encourages the behavior... hard to explain that, but I feel like the reason people like Marcello and his pathology exists is because they're so used to rejection, they practically see it coming ... but there really should be a point where none of that crap matters anyway.

Part of me thinks maybe they hold back from "letting it rip" because they know the actual ramifications of how things are edited, and thus perceived on the outside on social, can have very real ramifications for any one of them (including Marcello). Also, there's no way to tell how he'll actually react to be knocked down to the studs and they do have to live together with him and all...
