Yes, Josiah preferred to go first so I'll do mine an hour after his show. Xx

Also, I just looked at Spotify, and Ireland's song from the 12th edition ("How Love Works" by Allie Sherlock) is finally on the platform.

————————————————————————————————————————————— ————

@Ammi @Barry. @Benjamin @jones89 @Kate! @Nicky91 @Vanessa You can vote by sending me a private message.

You must send in 1 set of 1-8, 10, and 12 points (as televoting) for each country you are participating as. Countries cannot vote for themselves but can vote for others (including others you are participating as). Please send each country's votes in separate PMs (example: send a PM for the Swedish televote and another PM for Liechtenstein's televote). Kate, if you would like to vote in a similar manner of how you voted in the last edition, please feel free to. If you do not vote, your votes will be replaced by aggregated results. To other forum members, if you plan to vote in the Rest of the Forum vote, please rank all songs from 1 to 26.

Voting closes at 5.59pm on Thursday 20 January.

The 14 countries with the most points will qualify for the final.

Good luck to all and...

On the 28th, following the results of the final (but at the end of the interval/results video), there will be an announcement regarding the contest’s visual design for the seventeenth edition.

Josiah. 17-02-2025 02:00 PM

I have updated the voting tracker to list when people are planning on voting. Nicky's voting timetable is still "to be determined".

Benjamin 17-02-2025 02:23 PM

He best hurry. There’s only 3 days left.

Benjamin 17-02-2025 06:42 PM

Josiah, can I make a suggestion for countries participating if we fail to submit scores (or in the case of whichever country is in but not assigned to somebody).

Rather than assign random scores which could dramatically alter the results based on fake points, instead those countries award points based on the final order of the top ten countries in the rankings so it doesn’t actually alter positions. Does that make sense?

Josiah. 17-02-2025 08:07 PM

That does make sense (and I technically already do that for the Rest of the Forum votes if no-one votes in that.

Plus, in the first couple editions, if someone didn't vote; I ended up taking the results from neighbouring countries (or closest to neighbouring), averaging them, and turning them into a country's results; so I might try doing that again, just in case Nicky fails to vote.

It’s more so a county who should go through based on our actual votes doesn’t get robbed based on a few “fake votes”. Not saying it would happen, but it could.

Josiah. 17-02-2025 08:13 PM

Completely understandable.

Benjamin 17-02-2025 08:13 PM

Also, you listened to any of the actual Eurovision songs yet for 2025. What’s your thoughts?
