He's this year's David.

Oh god no. He's nothing like David. I can't stand him.

…Danny has such an easy personality and I think that he’s a needed positive energy for many in the house…sadly, it wasn’t enough for Micky but I think for him, living with others was just too much of a struggle…

Yeah i agree. I feel Danny was just what Mickey needed in there, but Mickey being his own worst enemy saw he get thrown out. Shame.

…he’s obviously a very layered and damaged character and even in more familiar environments like movie sets…?…he seemed to struggle and often create something that wasn’t good for others around him either…?..he has a self sabotaging button, doesn’t he…and I know that he’s said he’s had much therapy for many years so Danny and others were never going to be enough to make his time in there happier…(..I think…)…that now that he’s out and able to make plans to go back home to his familiar etc…he’ll be able to find a calmer place again and be happier and that’s the most important thing…

Barry. 13-04-2025 08:32 PM

Yeah not to such an extreme level, but i guess i feel somewhat protective of Mickey, because in some ways he's quite relatable. It's very hard to get out of the self destructive cycle. Im happy he gets help on the outisde, and i hope he finds peace within himself one day.

…..and that’s often the thing with housemates, isn’t it…aspects of their characters/reasonings etc …can be things that we have personal association with ourselves and that very much drives how we feel about them with our empathies…

I would say that Danny will win even at this stage of the show. Kind of feels predictable but at the same time i can see why he is liked, as he is coming across very well.

He deserves to win but there is a lot of prejudice around sooo

Ammi 14-04-2025 06:53 AM

…I love this……Danny might need a bit of practice on his pirate accent, though, it’s dire…..

Ammi 21-04-2025 06:25 AM

…we’re going to lose three on Tuesday so please give some votes to save Danny…and make up for that time in Majorca on the beach when he was taken advantage of by a man who sells pedalos…

I knew Danny would deliver. This task was made for him. He had me laughing so much last night :joker:

joeysteele 21-04-2025 09:26 AM

Danny was absolutely awesome and hilarious in the family task.
Never let up and never put a foot wrong.
With his natural humour and personality too, nothing false or forced .
Brilliant show from him.

Sooo I have grown very fond of Danny but why does he keep his moustache especially when he dresses up as a woman ( Fanny?)

He’s known as a bearded drag queen
