I think Paloma has potential, and Melissa if she tones down on the 'I'm a total bitch' front.

I like Paloma but didn't she advise Laura not to take up the offer of exclusivity, which just seems completely stupid imo. It was basically a guranteed win for them if they'd agreed to it.

Joy seemed lovely but she was a bit useless so perhaps the right choice. It might have been good to see her be forced project manager next week to see if she has potential or not and have given Laura the boot - did an awful job controlling group and making decisions!
