King Gizzard 28-11-2013 12:28 AM

Only have one room though, Leon can sleep in the bath tub and you can take the sofa

King Gizzard 28-11-2013 12:28 AM

I should buy a hammock

Drew. 28-11-2013 12:28 AM

or a tent

King Gizzard 28-11-2013 12:29 AM

Got a tent but no garden

Is it frowned upon to put up a tent in a house

King Gizzard 28-11-2013 12:29 AM

I wish I had a boat in my room like Joey and Chandler

Drew. 28-11-2013 12:31 AM

King Gizzard 28-11-2013 12:32 AM

I can't for the life of me figure out which Smurf gets to roger Smurfette. I wonder if they have a rota system or if Papa Smurf keeps her little blue minge all to himself. :conf:

We housed African kids from a Children's Choir when I was like 12, for about 3 weeks. They were from Uganda and were great kids, there was 2 of them and they were the nicest kids you could ever meet, I just wonder whatever happened to them now, cause they'll be grown up and stuff ish, probably in Uganda and probably back in poverty

(and this is not bull****)

Good for you and your family. But not every part of africa is poor. When you see reports it's like them only showing hackney or poor parts of london. Africa is not dubai but there are some good parts.

King Gizzard 29-11-2013 08:22 PM

Think everyone of them was taken from orphanages/basic poverty, so unless they do actually look after them after they have done their stint in the choir..

..we had a 'heal through dance/arts' group of children come to the school a few years ago..they performed for us and were completely amazing but the most incredible thing about them was their spirit...they had all seen their entire families die in the most awful ways in civil wars but they took joy in everything/the simplest of things...you couldn't be around them for more than a few minutes without being inspired..they're the most incredible people I have ever met....

King Gizzard 29-11-2013 08:22 PM

and sweet lord who is that

King Gizzard 29-11-2013 08:24 PM

I doubt they even do the housing anymore, what with all the checks you have to go through these days, I don't think my parents even had to sign any papers back then

Aw I would love an experience like that. I am feeling totally uninspired with life at the moment. Meeting inspiring people would be a highlight.
