Breakfast - Scrambled egg, dry fried mushrooms and tomato with a wholemeal roll + cup of tea (milk no sugar) Lunch - Southern fried chicken thing and salad in a black pepper tortilla wrap And I'm having a cuppa atm I don't know whether I want a dinner because it's too warm to eat right now. |

7:25am - Coco Pops and a glass water 10:45am - 6 McNuggets, one fillet o fish and two portions of medium fries (I had two of those discount vouchers) and a can of coke 1:00pm - McDonalds caramel frappe thing Just now - two plates of pasta and a glass of water Snacks: oatmeal and raisin cookie I haven't even eaten 'dinner' yet - that's at 9pm-ish :sad: |
