I love Caleb,Toby and Wren :flutter:

Raph 04-02-2015 02:36 PM

For some reason I don't get the caleb appeal at all, he's by far my least favorite character on the show. I was so happy when he was gone for a bit, I wish it had stayed that way.

Just watched this weeks ep, thought it was **** :umm2:

Next weeks looks good though (this gets said every week though)

Liam- 05-02-2015 12:22 PM

I just watched the newest episode..

They're really going to town with these filler episodes aren't they?

But i now think more than ever that one of the liars is Big A.

Spoiler:

Aria!

I've said for a while that i think Mike is involved with everything somehow, but lately I've started to think that he might know more than everyone thinks.
I personally think that he's working with Allison to try and prove that Aria is Big A.
I'm probably completely wrong like i normally am, but I've just got a gut feeling about that

Firewire 05-02-2015 01:16 PM

haven't watched in two weeks, need to catch up

I think that's a good theory, Liam! I'd love it if it was her, what a great and thrilling outcome that would be!

Smithy 05-02-2015 02:39 PM

I honestly can't see a reason tho as to why aria would want to torture her own friends :worry:, like Ali you could understand, but the other 3?

I've read quite a few theories that Aria might have some form of mental illness, which is interesting to think about. One of the popular theories is that she has dissociative identity disorder, so she could be A without even knowing it half of the time.

Also, wasn't Byron's brother a sufferer of mental illness? If whatever he had was hereditary, Aria could have inherited it. There's been a lot of focus on Mike's possible psychological issues in the past, when Aria could be the one with the problem.

I'm not saying I fully believe the Aria theories, but I find them really interesting to consider, and some people gather some really intriguing possible clues.

Smithy 05-02-2015 07:55 PM

If that was the truth and she was A because of a mental illness I'd be pissed because there has literally been 0 hints towards that

Liam- 05-02-2015 08:04 PM

There's been quite a few clues pointing towards that from what I've been able to see online

Yeah, some people have accumulated quite a few clues that apparently point towards it, but it's subtle.

Of course, with a show like this that stirs up a lot of debate and theorising, almost anything can look like a clue if you look hard enough.

Smithy 05-02-2015 09:00 PM

Has anyone else seen the Hanna twin theory?

That's my fave one tbh, I'd be happy if that was who A was

No , i haven't seen that one! :worry:

Ninastar 05-02-2015 09:06 PM

last nights ep was pretty boring tbh. i hated the new ginger girl. like seriously, no one looks like that. also shes probs on the A team, lets be real

Emily and other emily kissing was so predictable.

I liked the Spencer/Spencers mum storyline the best

the rest was boring

Lostie! 05-02-2015 09:08 PM

I have heard something about that Hanna twin theory actually. Someone pointed out two occasions where Red Coat stops and looks at Hanna as she's looking at her reflection (in a window and in a mirror), it would be interesting if that was intentional. And then there's Hanna being the only one Alison had to pull out of the lodge fire, meaning whoever pulled the others out left Hanna.

Though, I don't want A to be someone's twin, because that's just having it be a someone we don't know, which I hate in mysteries. I want it to be someone we know properly.

I'm still hoping for Wren (obviously working with a woman, unless he crossdresses every now and again :hehe:).

Yep, and there was an ending where A took a blowtorch to a hanna doll and and the end of S4E1 (i think) after black widow has been to the funeral she takes her veil off and her alison mask is half burnt

I think whoever A is has really bad facial scars

edit; found the theory

Oh yeah, I remember Red Coat blowtorching the Hanna doll now. This is why there must be more to Red Coat than "It was Alison in disguise", because we've seen a Red Coat doing A-style things. Alison is a toxic little sociopath, but I really doubt she's A.

Lostie! 05-02-2015 09:18 PM

Oh yeah, I've definitely come across that before. It does make sense, but I just really want A to be a character we've already been introduced to.

I do love seeing all these different elaborate theories, complete with evidence from the show, though. It makes the experience of following the show so much more enjoyable.

I'm really enjoying it!

It's SO annoying how certain characters just drop in and out of it and the girls don't even seem to notice/care, like Wren, Lucas, Noel, Mike went missing for like 3 seasons!! :fist:

Did you only start watching lately? I was a latecomer, starting when the show was in the second half of it's third season, and binged in no time. It's addictive.

Very true, but I think there's a certain form of logic meant to be applied to Rosewood.

Like how there's an apparently-neverending supply of lesbians for Emily in case she ever becomes single.

Yeah, she seems to get over her gf's so quickly

Someone on another board pointed out how, of the three newcomers, they've each attatched themselves to a particular PLL (Talia - Emily, Johnny - Spencer, Lesli - Hanna), with Aria being the only one not paired with a newbie, so someone said "And none for Aria Wieners bye". Killed me. :laugh2:

waiT i actually just read something which makes perfect sense and i'm pretty sure is actually right

Spoiler:

CeCe has been under every possible A costume, except the Queen of Hearts one. White Cloak, Red Coat, and the Black Hoodie. This is what the writers mean when they say that the viewers will feel stupid not realizing at first that the person behind A was so obvious.

She's the blonde girl in the pilot, and this can be backed up by Mrs. DiLaurentis helping CeCe evade the cops. She's literally the reason that Spencer was the prime suspect in Bethany Young's murder case to begin with (remember her making a deal with Holbrook?) she knew that the Liars were in New York, because well, A knows everything.

CeCe has always hated Ali and the liars, as revealed by her roommate. CeCe was the one that stole the game from Mona (Wren confirmed CeCe came to visit Mona in Radley). CeCe was the one that got in trouble for the girl falling down the frat party in that flashback in season one, which caused her to get kicked out of UPenn. It's literally SO obvious!!! CeCe was under Red Coat "helping" Ali, but she was really just playing her.

CeCe was on Ezra's payroll because she would give him enough information for him to get close, but she was always one step ahead of him. ALWAYS. Also, notice how CeCe has never been harmed.

Mona said she wanted Ali gone, but A wanted Alison to stay in town. CeCe asked Ali for her passport, which means Ali cannot use that to escape anymore. So CeCe was able to keep Ali in town.

This is not a coincidence either. CeCe was blackmailing Mrs. DiLaurentis because CeCe is the one that hit Alison with the rock and Mrs. DiLaurentis saw, so CeCe made Mrs. DiLaurentis bury Ali. That's why Mrs. DiLaurentis was protecting her, because if she didn't then CeCe was going to expose her. Once it was discovered Alison was alive, Mrs. DiLaurentis didn't have to protect CeCe anymore, so she was going to expose her... But then CeCe killed her before she could say anything.

From Wren we learned that Cece and Mona had in fact met, and Cece thought she could “Help” Mona because what Alison put her through was similar and she came out the other side… So, Cece had a way in and out of Radley at will whenever she wanted

Mike is a red herring. He's trying to finish Mona's work, and he probably discovered that Alison wasn't the murderer, which is why he's visiting her in jail so he can figure out who did.

The Bethany tape in last night's episode makes you think she was talking about Alison, but she wasn't... SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT CECE. That's why in the A ending, A was pissed when the tape was gone because that tape relates A back to everything (CeCe).

Remember the letter Hanna found that Ali wrote to Bethany about coming to see her and her friends? Well, CeCe wrote that letter. CeCe was posing as Alison the entire time when she talking to Bethany in Radley. Bethany actually never knew Alison, she thought CeCe was Alison because CeCe would come into Radley and pretend she was Alison. This is how Bethany knew how to escape out of Radley (plus, it was revealed CeCe knows how to get in and out of Radley secretly [she told Mona]). CeCe taught everything Alison knows, so who knows Alison better than Alison even knows herself? CeCe.

That's why CeCe was wearing the same clothes as Alison that night.

http://media.tumblr.com/fc78f918ce5f...go6_r1_250.gif

Plus Cece went to Paris and A was gone for a while between episodes 2 and 6! So Cece came back! She kills Mona then pops up at the Alison's Ice Ball with short hair.

EDIT: PLUS In episode 12 season 4, A sent this text in french

Lostie! 07-02-2015 11:57 AM

CeCe's another who I hope isn't A. I don't mind her being in league with A, but Big A herself? Again, considering she didn't show up until the 7th episode of season 3 (so, 6 episodes after this new A started stalking the PLLs), I'd be disappointed. I want it to be someone who's been a character we've known the entire time A's been after them (so, in the second A's case, someone we've known from at least the first episode of Season 3 onwards). I'm so fussy with mysteries. :laugh2:

I'll never give up on my hope that it's Wren (maybe working with Melissa or CeCe) until they 100% debunk that ... at which point I'll be sorely disappointed.

I do like the idea that she's the blonde girl you see in Alison's window in the first episode, though (which would technically mean CeCe has been around since the start, but considering we wouldn't have actually known her until her first official appearance, my point stands ).
