Only the votes are done through pm. Some members may have stuff to tell or ask ammi for example mtvns post about opting out, members also need to see each round beginning with the instructions and deadlines etc

Asking that the chat be kept to a minimum in here is no different from what we do in other similar threads like when we quietly remove all of the chatter and thanks posts from tibb nominations.

However I'm not going to be dragged into a debate about it on the thread completely defeating the point of the request.

..:laugh:..I have to say that I did get a little offer of help from someone who is going to show me how to get Excel to add up and calculate automatically etc because atm my system is to take each vote one by one and add it to the person voted for (so 3 votes for become 4 votes for and then 5 votes for etc..)...and then turn their vote light red when it's been done...(colour that vote red because it's been added, type thing and done and dusted..)..and working in a school etc, I'm all for and in favour of exploring and exploiting all and every talent, while I chill around with my coffee..this time the members are going to have to work it for their places...(actually, I've had a few offers of help in different things..:love:... and I'm greedily grabbing them all..)...
