There's only 4 musicals I have any interest in seeing and only one of those musicals were used this week :skull:

And out of the 2 musicals I've already seen, only one of those was used (hey niamh :p)

Cherie 12-03-2018 09:09 PM

I love our optimism that we are going through :joker:

Well if you're not as open to the world of musicals as others it still doesn't defeat the point that there's a wider array of music in musicals than in the Muppets which may I add I don't find much individuality or uniqueness in their songs. It rlly is a mediocre theme

There's 15 studio albums, 8 films, 9 TV series, a theme park attraction and 27 Television specials to choose songs from :p

And you expect me to put myself through all of that in the space of 2 days all for the sake of a game??

TwentyOneThrones 12-03-2018 09:16 PM

Just to pick a song that could possibly outsell all of the others when they're more or less the same old anyway

Yeah but thats like saying you have to put yourself through every song ever created for a non themed week?

But do you literally listen to every single song by every single artist in the entire world for a free choice week? It is exactly the same here, there are absolutely hundreds of songs to choose from, you may love some themes and may hate some other themes, that's how it works I'm afraid.

If we did Y.O.U.N.G week I'm sure you and Morgan would love it, where as the others probably wouldn't be too pleased, but they'd get on with it

I wouldn't suggest a Y.O.U.N.G week at all I'd say the exact same thing

I'm glad, some people may hate musical week, that is how it works.

Not sure if this is aimed at me, I didn't complain about the theme I have just never seen any movies. I didn't know they sang anything other than their theme song. I can't say I am a fan though!

I send my choices in early every week too.

Na it wasn't haha and it wasn't really 'aiming' at anyone, more a joke

They're definitely marmite. I think i'd rather listen to scratchy chalk boards than an album by them.

Slightly avoiding the argument there. The Muppets are much more widely known for their TV characters than their music. I won't be surprised if you chuck in a PJ & Duncan week at this rate

I mean they have 4 songs and none would fit on Ice as it's heavy rock rap :joker:

But still have a wide variety of music, whether they're known for their characters or not, as I said, some people get them and some people just don't get them, but enough people get them to have made them such a massive success spanning over 60 odd years
