This visit has been a triumph and has put Jamaica back on the map. Think of the tourism PR

I hope they are grateful for the amazing promo?

Jordan. 24-03-2022 06:20 PM

Why are they still there when Jamaica just broke up with them???

So you think it's relevant that she has red labels all over her face , like some plastic doll ? .

That photo with red stickers is the most shallow thing ever.

I love them but I wish theyd stop running around the world apologising for **** that happened hundred of years ago. Tell them to build a bridge and get over it.
The only thing these two need to be apologising for is his the rat brother and the dog sister in law.

Off to the Bahamas
now they go.

I have been there
Fantastic Islands
you can hire a Motor Bike to go round.
Utter Bliss

Of course, the recent
Hurricane damaged so much there, sadly.

Why such emphasis on her skin ,why blow up her face like that .

Not a fan of this either, however it is nice to see someone who isn't plastered with makeup, with fake eyelashes and pumped up lips so hopefully young girls will take note

No Bahama Drama: Royal pair are welcomed to the final stop on their Jubilee Tour with warm words and gifts from the country's PM

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were welcomed to The Bahamas on the final stop of their Caribbean tour to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee after the country's Prime Minister gifted them a portrait and said their visit to the island was 'long overdue'.

Prince William and Kate were met by members of the military and eight-year-old local resident Aniah Moss, who presented the couple with a bouquet of flowers in front of the Royal Air Force Voyager plane, as they touched down at Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, New Providence to begin the final leg of their tour.
The royal couple also had an official meeting with the country's Prime Minister, Philip Davis, who passed on his best wishes to The Queen and said 'it's great to have you both here.'

Congratulations William and Kate! - and kudos to you both for having the balls to do the tour knowing that Jamaica in particular have been pushing for reparations and apologies for years and it was always going to be a difficult gig. You two don’t run away from difficulty, you face it head on, with good humour and grace and no whining whatsoever, and that’s why you are admired and respected. :clap1:

A more relevant question is, why are you so obviously miffed by who LT likes? :hehe:

Opinions are opinions, whether anyone in the public eye would help us out in the unlikely event they were ever around if we were in crises is irrelevant

Extract of Williams end of tour statement.

In his end of tour statement, William said that while he was ‘committed to service’, that involved ‘not telling people what to do’.

‘It is about serving and supporting them in whatever way they think best, by using the platform we are lucky to have.'

The Duke added: ‘Foreign tours are an opportunity to reflect. You learn so much. What is on the minds of Prime Ministers. The hopes and ambitions of school children. The day-to-day challenges faced by families and communities.
‘I know that this tour has brought into even sharper focus questions about the past and the future. ‘In Belize, Jamaica and The Bahamas, that future is for the people to decide upon.
‘But we have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with communities in all three countries, understanding more about the issues that matter most to them.’

A senior royal insider indicated that William’s statement indicated the 39-year-old Prince was ‘coming of age’.
‘He was showing that he understands that it can’t be taken for granted that he will lead the Commonwealth – you serve as long as the people want you to serve, you listen, accept their choices and change if you need to.
‘This is about a modern Monarchy.’

If only Diana had been alive to see her boy develop into this very impressive man.
