I've grown to like Ethan but Liberty needs to go as does Noah who seems pretty pointless. I don't mind the rest.

Ha Ha I enjoyed the Heat episode:D.

I'm a bit disappointed Riley has worked out Silas is the killer because it's like an anti climax even though the storyline is going to last for a while longer yet..

No Ste, Brendan or Cheryl in HO Later by the looks of it:(.

Hollyoaks star Bronagh Waugh has confirmed that her character Cheryl Brady will soon discover the truth about her half-brother Brendan's sexuality.

Since his arrival in the village last August, Brendan (Emmett Scanlan) has managed to keep Cheryl convinced that he is straight - while secretly maintaining a complex and abusive relationship with barman Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson).

However, in an online webchat with Heatworld this afternoon, Waugh explained that all will be revealed to Cheryl within the next few weeks.

Asked how Cheryl would react to Brendan's secret, Waugh replied: "I don't think she would be unhappy about him being gay. I think she would be absolutely devastated to find out that he's been lying to her for so long.

"Actually, in the coming weeks, all is going to be revealed and Cheryl is going to have a bit of a nightmare when her whole world as she knows it comes crashing down, so watch out."

The actress added that Cheryl's discoveries about Brendan leave her stunned and "seriously rock her world".

She added: "I don't think she's upset by the fact that he's gay, it's more the fact that he's been keeping it from her."

The Heat ep wasn't too bad. Still don't get how they are still trying to push Ethan for a 'hunk'. It also seems ridiculous that one min he is at home and then the other he's Mr Detective again whilst never seeming to go to work or in the office lol

It's because Craig Vye who plays him is up for Sexiest Male at the British Soap Awards:joker:.

Soaps don't take much when it comes to attention to detail LOL! he should definetly be doing paperwork and what not..

She's definetly sticking around;), just glad the producers are using Lynsey more as she was underused before and Karen Hassan is showing that she can act so should get more storylines in future..

Liberty's family are joining the show:(, so it looks like they have no intention of axing her:bawling:.

Hollyoaks bosses have confirmed the full details of the soap's new Savage clan, who will cause chaos in the village when they arrive on screen next month.

As reported earlier today, viewers will soon be introduced to Liberty Savage's (Abi Phillips) family for the first time since her debut on the soap late last year.

James Atherton (pictured) has taken on the role of geeky Will Savage, his first major TV role since studying at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).

Atherton commented: "It all happened really quickly and I'd started filming before I had time to think. Everyone's just been so friendly and made it really easy to settle in. Will is awkward, shy and a hopeless romantic that hopefully the viewers will fall in love with."

Meanwhile, following a stint in the West End musical Wicked, Danny Mac has also joined the cast as Liberty and Will's brother Mark 'Dodger' Savage. The Del Boy-style character quickly causes a stir in the village with his wily ways and soon has the local ladies eating from the palm of his hand.

Speaking of his casting, Mac explained: "I am over the moon, the last few weeks have been crazy and Dodger's kept me on my toes every second. It's exciting never knowing what he's going to get up to next, and believe me the limits are endless. I can't wait for people to meet him!

"The cast are such a close family and have been very welcoming to us lads. I am proud to be a Savage and live in anticipation every moment to see what the next move is for the family!"

Finally, actor David Kennedy is to appear as the siblings' father Dirk Savage, who shares many traits with Dodger and tries to charm show regular Myra McQueen following his arrival on screen. Kennedy has previously appeared in EastEnders and Holby City, as well as portraying Billy 'Two Hats' in ITV's William and Mary.

A Hollyoaks statement teased: "The new family will take the village by storm and are set to rub all the McQueens up the wrong way. The Savage family get evicted from their home when Dirk can't keep up with the payments. Liberty is furious to come home and find her house all boarded up but big brother Dodger has a new house for them to live in!

"While the McQueens are away on holiday, Dodger moves his family into the empty house and declares squatters' rights! How will the McQueens react to their new housemates?"

Oh well i'm not giving up hope that Silas could kill Liberty despite the news of her family joining:D, at least if it happens it would be to get a reaction from them because only Theresa and Ethan are the ones who would only be affected by it in the village..:joker:

No she wasn't:D, apparently Helen Russell Clarke who joined her didn't want to really join the show but only did it to raise her profile.

The axing of Amy rumours were never confirmed by Hollyoaks and the new producer Gareth Phillips, who was a scriptwriter under Paul Marquess said that there were never any plans for her to leave, although again it was rumoured Ashley quit but was convinced to stick around;).

the warren/brendan fight was epic :D Warrens quickly becoming one of my favourite characters, great episode bar the whole Seth/Jason stuff :joker: and i loved Amy being supportive to Ste.

Me too, i'm enjoying normal Amy:). Liked seeing Brendan being beaten up and showing his vulnerability at last, we're back to seeing bad boy Ste again..

I enjoyed the Brendon & Warren fight, shame about that extra who sat right through the fight at MOOBs (MOBS) and she didn't spill her drink....

Also why did they have Jason pulling that stupid face every time the sheep made a noise.......? Tut tut :D

I've been disappointed by the Jason storyline, it had so much potential for more once the rest of the Costello's accepted the issue but it's all gone downhill since IMO.

Hollyoaks won one award at the All About Soap awards for the Ste/Brendan/Rae love triangle:).

I agree totally. It was an amazing story to begin written and acted so well, full of many different avenues they could have taken, now it feels like they've simply finished and moved on too quickly.

It was confirmed that Ashley Slanina Davies quit after Lucy Allen left, but was convinced to stay by Marquess after her popularity literally soared. It's weird, Amy has been hated up until 2010, and she's like one of the most popular characters now <3
