John Fox Update:

He has been released from the hospital and will be recovering at home.

In case you didn't know, he collapsed playing golf while the Denver Broncos had their bye week. Turns out he had a preexisting heart problem and went into surgery in Charlotte.

Broncos Denfensive Cooridinator and former Head Coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars Jack Del Rio will step in for Fox as internim Head Coach for the Broncos for about 4-6 weeks.

Wish John Fox a speedy recovery.

Incognito is doing an exclusive interview with Fox Sports. Really interesting, basically he's defending himself and said that he's sorry. Was shown on Fox's Preshow.

Martin will not play again this season, and Incognito got a personal foul during the 22-19 Loss against the Bucs in a game that they played on Monday Night.

If people don't like what Incognito did, they are fooling themselves if they don't think it happens everywhere in the NFL. If you want to change it, change the culture not create a scapegoat in one player that will change nothing
