It's the picking of nominations I'm struggling with. Everyone is putting in good effort now.

Yeah this, if i manage to get to merge that is going to be very odd too, getting to know your team and roles :)

I forgot about the merge. It's going to be weird working with the other team after spending so much time working with this team, if I make it that far.

now there is 5 guys, 3 girls nearly equal :shocked:

This next task is going to be hard I'm sensing. How many make the actual final, is it 3 or 4?

2 usually make the final...
final 4/5 go to interviews, then 3 are fired to make it to the finals
or they could do it like the last 2 series, and have the final 4 in the final..

Does this mean we need to think off a business plan?
