I haven't watched Doctor Who since Matt Smith left, thought I'd watch tonight and it's meh. NOTHING on the Rose & Donna days :flutter:

I haven't watched since Capaldis first episode cause I hated it but watched tonight and was pleasantly surprised, however the clip for future weeks didn't get me that excited

Same here, haven't watched since then but really enjoyed tonight's ep and Bill has definitely helped regain my interest

Don't know if I'm a fan of Matt Lucas's character though, he was okay but can see him getting annoying over numerous episodes

I'm not entirely sure how Moffat thinks that was a good point for new viewers to start watching but I did really enjoy it.

Considering the state of the last couple of seasons I thought I'd only last ten minutes watching the episode, but I actually really enjoyed it. Still not the same as it used to be, but a big improvement at least.
