What's astounded me again in this election and being out campaigning.
Is the high number of people and I'm talking all ages here.

Who haven't a clue about our voting process.
How to get a postal vote .
How to register.
People who've moved to a different area and didn't realise they needed to register in the new area.

People who have never heard of a proxy vote.
Plus, the high number asking what you have to do in the polling station.

Adding in to, the times I've said could they be persuaded to support Labour this time.
Then getting the response, they thought Labour held that seat anyway

Loads more who hadn't a clue who their MP even was.

It's unbelievable how poorly educated UK citizens are as to our voting processes in elections.

[Polling officials place signs around a
polling station ahead of opening,
beside Battersea Power Station in London.]

i think less and less people care about politics. When you look at this election, what fantastic things are going to happen for people with a new government coming in?

There was a time where it was exciting and party's were being radically different. If you think about it, the last election was about finally completing something there had been a referendum on 3 years earlier. It's all madness

Who is betting that this is the biggest anti climax ever. We want the drama of top tories losing their seats, and the reality will probably end up a hung parliament
