I spoke to that bloke who runs the discord channel, he said that "for now" he hasn't got the time or energy to run the Daily Riddle as he's currently got 3 other discord servers he's running, a Twitch channel, and a Kick channel. So yeah, not sure when it'll be coming back. The annoying thing is him actually deleting the channel. There were like 100 riddles i'd not even put in here yet, but i can't go back and find them now the actual channel has gone. I asked him if he's archived it, or had a file he could send me with all previous riddles on but he said he didn't, so yeah that sucks :fist:

Anyway, i'll just do a mixture of Horror, Sci-Fi, Thriller for now. I'll try and do some more modern films too, i just don't watch that much modern horror tbh. I probably should give more recent stuff a go as i'd probably like it. I dunno, we'll see.

…sorry, I was out and about earlier so didn’t get a chance to respond to your post….yeah, that’s disappointing but I understand that he just doesn’t have the time atm…it is quite a big thing for him if he’s running stuff on other chat rooms/channels, it must have felt as though it was consuming him a bit….but the ones you do are great, they’re most definitely equal to any from the site you’ve given and it makes sense to do the ones that you’re familiar with the movies and know them well…otherwise clues would be difficult to give if they weren’t movies that you knew so well…?…I still don’t have so much t8me atm but when I do then I’ll try to think of some as well to contribute…(…although clues are not my thing at all…:laugh:…)…but I will try…and it’s really appreciated that you take the time to make these riddles because they’re such a fun addition…:love:…

Also yeah, anyone can pop riddles in whenever they feel like it. I might expand with dramas and comedies too, just to mix it up and prevent the thread from becoming stale with nothing but 80s and 90s horror :laugh:

Incredibly ironic the channel goes literally a DAY after i start posting riddles again after pretty much 6 weeks of nothing!!

…we should also start up the movie watch sometime soon…it’ll be perfect to do through the colder weather and longer evenings…

Bumping this. Gonna do a horror movie every day starting Monday for Halloween and all that. Will try not to replicate any titles we've already had, but most likely will unintentionally :laugh:

Starting this back up in the new year, but with all movie genres. So anything from Horror, to Sci-Fi, to Comedy and Dramas, Action, Thrillers.

Some maybe duplicated, probably with different clues as i've forgot most anyway.

Basically, nothing is off the table.

Would be awesome if others have their own riddles here and there too.

Don't wanna put in rules really, this can be the lighthearted fun game it always was. But wrapping spoiler around the guesses is a must.

I'm interested in this, seeing as its now all genres. Great idea.
