Looks like corrie was top of the ratings last night :D
Joe McIntyre's boating accident during last night's Coronation Street was seen by an average of 10.9m yesterday evening, according to early figures. The Manchester serial's double bill - which saw Joe explain to Gail how he planned to escape his own death, before being knocked overboard - logged 10.58m (42.6%) and 10.9m (40.7%). ITV2's repeats from 12.55am added 95k (3.5%) and 129k (6.1%) respectively. EastEnders' screening, during which Bradley admitted the truth about Stacey, Archie and the baby to Max and Jack, delivered 10.39m (39.1%) at 8pm. BBC Three's 10pm repeat added 941k (4.6%). ITV1's Emmerdale offering put in 8.03m (34.7%) at 6.30pm. |

Don't usually watch Corrie, only watch when there's a big storyline, e.g. Monday Night.
Thank god Joe's dead, I hate him. |

unless in 7 years the soap has gone down the ****ter and they need abig story :laugh2: but that would never happen :) |
The police question Gail and Tina about Rick the loan shark. Tina covers for her dad, claiming that he's working in the Lakes but she later confides in Jason about Joe's crazy plan to fake his own death.
A worried Tina tells Gail that Joe has until Monday to show up or she's telling the police everything. With that, she leaves a message on Joe's phone, begging him to let her know that he's alive and well. Fifty miles up the motorway, though, Joe's body is hauled from the lake and zipped into a body-bag… Eileen's furious about Jesse's plan to spend all of his winnings on his parents and tells Jesse that he either takes her to Egypt or they're finished. What will Jesse choose to do? Meanwhile, Lewis fancies a bit of fun and persuades Audrey they should go to The Rovers and pretend that they've never met before. Liz and Deirdre admire Lewis across the bar and are mightily put out when he makes a beeline for Audrey. Norris clocks Lewis in The Rovers but can't for the life of him remember where he's seen him before. Elsewhere, Kevin drags Tyrone out for a drink in an attempt to cheer him up; and Gary's army mate Quinny tries to chat up Rosie. Looks like Joe wont be coming back, EVER!! lol |

Gail's son Nick, David's brother, is boring.
I do not think it is because of boring story lines but the actor who plays Nick has not got much personality. |
Poor Gail eh...

Smithy I tought Vicky's comment was part of Corrie's thread. I did not remember Vicky has ever visited here. I thought I missed it so I searched previous postings and realised it was your new signature. (What is she talking about? ------ Well I feel like Hilda Ogden. Corrie's former character, nosey parker.:joker: ) |
Smithy
I found out about Vicky's comment where it was originated. I just opened Jack's "I find ignorance offensive". I better leave it to young members then.:) |
It is not a good idea Gail is keeping lie about Joe.
